Instruction on 3D Printing

Search for something that may already exist.

If you are just searching for a design that already exists, Yeggi is a good place to start.
Yeggi is like the 'Google' for CAD Objects. Thingiverse or Grabcad also may help.

Search for things like "FTC Robotics", or "FIRST Tech Challenge", or "Tetrix FTC", or "REV FTC", or "Tetrix Robotics", etc.

https://www.yeggi.com/ or https://www.thingiverse.com/ or https://grabcad.com/library/tag/ftc

Team Waffles also made an STL Library, check here if there's anything you need that already exists.

Design something yourself.

If you can't find what you are looking for. You may need to design yourself from scratch.

If you are brand new to CAD. TinkerCAD may be a good place to start:

https://www.tinkercad.com/dashboard

If you are experienced with CAD software like Fusion 360, or want to design something advanced,  check the CAD-Fusion360 page.

Tinkercad allows you to create simple designs or import other designs that already exist and modify them from there.

For example, if you are looking to modify a TETRIX bracket, you can start by finding the 3-d CAD File (found on the TETRIX shopping website), upload it into Tinkercad, then modify it from there.

All Tetrix and Rev robotics parts CAD Files can be found on the official Tetrix and Rev websites.

Check the size, make sure the size is correct.

Export the STL File, then, follow the instruction below on submitting the print jobs.
